Isuzu on top of a Solid axle Hilux

im in a predicament weather or not to SAS my Mu or invest in my single cab hilux!!
then i had this idea,
put my isuzu body and engine onto the hilux chasise as its allready a solid axle, with the benenfits of comfort
is this a plausable idea?
Any opinions appreciated!

What bout doing that wide track conversion with the ifs rear diff housing and spacers?
is hose husler the guy who rolled his hilux in the timaru (i think that was it it) winch challenge and F#&Ked his face up??

if i had spent alot of time and money modding a vehicle and wanted too keep it i would sas what i had, or put a locker in the front

X2 if you going to the hassle of a sas then just go coils. As for putting the Mu body on a lux, there would be alot of work in changing the body mounts and possibly shortening the chassis.

oh yea, ive been looking at the sas conversion for ages, i already have 70% of the gear needed for a SAS
just thought a chasise swap mite work?

If you want to do a chassis swap I would suggest using a swb bighorn as the base, because it all ready has coils in the rear and from what I know the mu body bolts straight on.

No that wasn't me, although a roll can happen to coils as well, all depends on what you are doing at the time, or your expectations
here's my little bit of carnage last summer, my injuries were badly bruised forearm, shoulder and ego.
