I believe It has probably left the Tauranga area; so other regions in the country keeping an eye out would be appreciated thanks.

Thats what I cant figure. The tyres are about the only thing that has any value. The body is rough, the interior is rough, it is only a 3Y, no winch or bullbar. It pisses me off. I bought it for my 13 year old son to start 4 wheeling in and he loved it.

The price of 4x4 tyres these days its probably worth them just stealing it just for them. Spose they are easier to flick on, If they stole a well set up truck would be harder to sell the bits
NO one remembers who comes 2nd....!

Well sometimes there is a happy ending. I got a call from the Police yesterday to tell me they have recovered my son's Surf. I went and picked it up today. It is perfectly intact apart from the Ign lock barrel and the steering column covers. Even the recovery gear is still in the back. The police tell me a prosecution is emanate and they will be able to tell me more once the individual has gone through the justice system.

I would like to say a public thank you to the police, as so many times they are unable to bring a case to a successful end.

I think I may have to make a run up the shiney side of Thompson's on Sunday to let the boy celebrate the return of his toy.
