Post by 2roky »

righto ive narrowed me search down to three trucks

this http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing ... =178981729
needs a bit of rust patched around the windscreen swivel hub seal done and a new front drive shaft flange cause for some reason hes had to put a new shaft on and the holes for the flange to mount to the diff didnt line up so he slotted them.

the other is http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing ... =179628035
has a bit of rust in the rear gaurds and a bit in the drivers door sill and a bit of a hole appearing just by the top hinge on the drivers door, everything else is pretty good

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing ... =179289619 havent veiwed this one apparently there is no rust or nothing at all wrong with it

Fixed the links for you!!

3" exhaust on a 4.0l 6 cyl petrol might not be the smartest thing to do for low end torque.

what is the petrol like on fuel?
my rocky (f300) had a 60 litre tank and i would only get 400-450km per tank thats open road driving was even less round town. thats what i have to compare it to as all the other trucks i had anything to do with are diesel.

Well they weren't made for fuel economy thats for sure :D . haven't had one myself but my mate had one for a couple of years and apart from servicing he done no work on it. i'd say it'd be close to the same economy as your rocky
