diesel/lpg mix?
has any one done / or know anyone that has done this to a diesel motor? does it work well, is it worth doing, what sort of price is it worth?

I know of a few logging trucks that experimented with this way back. The guys worked for the Whirinaki Mill just north of Napier. There were quite a few engines that were sacrificed in the pursuit of power.
Idea doesn't seem to have lasted though. Don't know anyone using it now.
I've also seen kits in American mags for butane injection systems. Acts like nitrous system on a petrol.

Have a look on the outerlimits site. Theres a few guys running it with good results, but probably because the government subsidise LPG conversions, and didn't think of the people claiming on their die
