heres another good site, theres a 70 series body manual which covers the LJ's. there isn't a specific one though...

make sure you fit a secondary temp guage to it, you can also disconnect the EGR for a tiny bit more power.

Thanks Jerry the manual is great, how do you go about disconnecting the EGR?

I just unplugged mine , you can take it off and put a plate over it if you want
