ive got oil comming out of my wastegate is the wastegate the big valve sitting up the back of the intake manifold ? round in shape looks like it opens as pressure is achieved inside the intake ? also when i pulled it out it was junked up with oil pretty bad wasnt the cleanest inside the intake, what would this mean ? thanks

Not knowing the engine type or turbo type I'll have a guess.
Sounds like the crank breather is blowing oil into the intake (or the turbo's oil feed has shit itself). Fit a catch can in the crank breather line (been discussed on here recently) and clean the intake etc so it is free of oil. if it still does it you could be looking at a turbo tear down and rebuild.
As i said these are guesses, but are a starting point for the discussion.
