safari oil

can annybody tell me how mutch oil i need for a oil change on my safari i think its a gq 4.2 desiel non turbo

the oil filters can hold a bit of oil too
89 safari, pto winch, 33x15 simexs. sliders,75mm lift . turbo intercoolered
