Documentation for Interclub.
This sets out the guidelines for the Zone Interclub event hosted by the Manawatu 4
Wheel Drive club.
This is the first draft and shows options that may or may not appear in the final
document.
For prospective members of M4WDC, each day will count as 1 trip.
You are welcome to attend both days or either one, please ensure you sign the trip
sheet and if you need to leave early, make sure you tell your group leader. All normal
trip rules and guidelines apply.
We will be using PRS channel 9 for communications for the weekend. There are PRS
repeaters available on channels 1 & 8.
Land access fees where normally payable will be paid by M4WDC & Central Zone.
None of the activities this weekend should leave you with a severally damaged
vehicle, but the non shinney trip may scratch and if unlucky minor dents, no huge
drop offs or any other dangers.
The week end is centred around the Ashhurst Domain which has a camping area,
showers, toilets, BBQ area etc.
