certification help needed, I failed WOF

hey took my cruiser for a wof today it failed on a tie rod end (not fussed on that)
and says needs cert on the lift,
So question is, is there a one off charge for cost of certification or is it charged by items you get certd?
i also have beadlock rims , 35" tyres , My front axel is swapped to a Prado with e-locker.
in cab adjustable suspension,
Tjm bullbar , tow hooks , rock sliders , snorkel.
The lift i have is using ome springs and extended EFS shackles
so im guessing i would have to get all of the above certified aswell.
Will my speedo have to be recalobrated to pass cert with the tyres?.
im worried about problems getting cert with the axel swap, my other option is to Put the factory shackles in and go back in for WOF, but this means I wont be able to get insurance ect which is on the cards shortly.
but also means i dont have to spend lots of money right away, and i have other maintenance needed like new winch rope..and will get my by for a few months
any help/ advice appreciated

You will need your speedo calibrated and they will include the whole lot in one go, certs seem to be between $300 and $450 depending on where you are.

Did they give you the WOF fail sheet as you will need that for the certifier most likely

Best bet would be to find your local certifiers details and call them

from wot I hear Andy has been sick and not doing much lately

not sure how you get hold of Andy, but you can get hold of Ken at Wellington Vehicle Compliance

ring them or pop in and see them and ask wot ya have to do before a cert

thanks for ya help.
i managed to find names and numbers for the certifiers in wellington
http://www.lvvta.org.nz/LVVCertifiers-1C.pdf
so ill ring up and get info and see where i go from here , i may refit my standard shackles just to buy some time to get stuff sorted, but ill find out more first before i waste time pulling them out
anyone know where i go to get speedo recalibrated and what sort of cost is involved?

With all your mods and 35inch tyres it sounds like you will have to get certified even if you take out the prado diff. If you have to be certified you are better to do it all in one go ,because it will cost you just as much to get one item done latter.

Believe me I know because I have been certified 3 times at over 1000 dollars.

correct It definatly needs to be certed , With the wof it was only failed on the shackles though (should of been more)
although now , ill talk to certifyier and see how much work will need to be done, if there is lots of work required ill change shackles to the standard one, and get the WOF just to buy some time while I save up and get it ready for cert,
Prado diff will stay in Im just concerned It will pass being certified with how they have done the spring mounts ect,
also my springs are a bit lopsided and the vehicle sits a little lower on one side so im just not sure how cert will go
