Offroad-Express

I'm sure I've spotted this somewhere before, maybe was for a different vehicle tho. But is it possible (with body lift) to raise the fuel tank up higher under the body (ie. where it would be without body lifted) without too much trouble? With a rear quarter chop and some sort of custom rear bar in the pipeline the tank hangs almost rudely low and looks like its just begging to hit something (previously tow bar used to hit ground/object first and protect it somewhat)
