what dimensions are the pipe and box section, was gona go 4mm wall on my ones but thinking again might be an over kill, but then again, no problems with over kill in the engineering business aye!!

I assume that the 25 x 25 is also 3mm or is the whole thing is made out of 3mm wall tube and RHS and the bits that attach to the chassis etc.

All Terrano chassis should be the same, its just the running gear and bodies that are different.

If you do manage to get a drawing and god forbid, some prices up, you may have a small market for some fabricationing. :?

Did you do the bending yourself?

Cheers, yes I forgot he was coming down. I will be here, there's too much work here for me to escape. :(
I wonder if I can distract him long enough that they might fall off his truck.

What are you cladding them in?
When they are wet, open bars like that are just waiting to snap your legs and ankles.

I have open steel grate on my 'lux and have just finished some with alloy checker plate for the prado.

Other than that, they look real nice. As I have said before, I honestly believe that a good set of side bars and sill sliders are the most useful protection addition you can make to any 4wd.
Ugly is a state of mind..... and the state of my truck!

wasn't intending to clad them, 12 bolts and nylocks hold them on , falling off is not on the plan :D

Real nice job on the bars. Doing some myself and for a novice i find it's taking me ages. hopefully get them sorted soon.

Think he was meaning slipping off the bars when you put your foot on them and having your leg slide through??

a day on my back under the dam thing to get the u brackets to fit, you measure the chassis hight but nissan add a ridge that need another 5mm on top of what you measure, its got me twice now . also no room on top of the rail to get a bolt and have steel to retain the bolt is a interesting job

yeah they look pretty cool. got a set on the safari but the pipe is 85mm  OD. Top is covered in checkerplate. Big but man they have hit some stuff. Also keep small trees off the panels as well as clay banks! Just have to lug a little more weight.
