Includes ladder, tent, mattress, cover. I Have lost the instructions but not too hard to work out or I will see if i can aquire some more... I didn't purchase the optional changing room as shown in some of the pics (but you could probably add/make one to fit)...
This style of tent retails for upwards of $2500-3000 NZD. Negotitable on price so make on offer but thinking somewhere bit over half of that... Will put it up on trademe if no interest on here once i've got some photos etc etc.
In North Auckland but will drop at shipping depot if local.
