Shelfs or Drawers for Surf?

I want to a shelf/drawer setup in the boot of my hilux surf.

Is there any affordable commercial products available?

If not I would build my own basic one, I done a quick search of the forum and seen a few impressive designs. Mainly after a few ideas and useful hints to make the job easier. Was wondering what would be the best material to make it out of? I can not welder so metal is out of the question.

Photos, Ideas and lots of good advice. Plywood is your friend :)

as already said plywood is your friend. i made these from 7mm ply. got ball bearing drawer runners from carters they move 700mm and hold 70kg each. i can have the drawers full to the brim and still move them with one finger (a bit of a hassell when parked up hill) carpert from the wharehouse and chest handles from mega 10. i think the whole lot cost me less than $100 and took about 6 hours to build (plus many nights thinking of what i wanted)
