extractors help

has any one put extractors on a V6 terrano?? had a quote of $1395 plus freight for chch today!! :shock:
near crapped myself!! anyone have any contacts or know where i can get some from???

chase cant do them..... so talked to gays at a place called "road and track" and they found out that coby dont do them and this set is another brand(what i dont know) and the only set they have is in chch for stupid money!!

assume the pathfinder v6 is the same setup? maybe search pathfinder v6 in aussie? sure that was a commonish model over there?

Try Maidstone Mufflers in Upper Hutt.. they got a set of Pacemaker Headers for my Safari (which are now surplus to demand thanks to Mr Turbo) :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

are you gonna install them yaself, coz you may be able to buy direct

will ring them tuesday...yep will install myself... i think they are the ones i was quoted 1395 cause they say need to fit smaller oil filter and thats what the guy from road and track said, mite be able to get trade price through work..fingers crossed!

rung rage today.....cheapest i can get with trade discount is $1059 so still a bit high for my likeing.
but good news is i may have found a second hand set, will know for sure wednesday..... fingers crossed :?

A guy I worked with in Dunedin made himself a set, from short radius elbows and done mostly in-situ.
He did an extremely nice job, but it took him ages and clearance with the steering shaft was very tight.

This was a terrano V6 which he transplanted into a navara.
