diff head removal

Has anyone got any tricks or hints on getting my Diff head out, as it wont budge, It looks like it's never been removed before now. I have got a welded rear end to put in for the weekend. HELP.

I give it a big belt with a DEAD BLOW hammer that always gets them out

put the jack under the pinion flange and jack it up a bit. should crack teh seal

Weemsy is bringing one over, will give it a bash and see if it falls off.

yeah he had got the axles out.................................
he left the prop-shaft on and the bolts in though

well, we got tony's diff welded up by reece (de-ranged) and took her for a run tonight. the scrub on the tyres looks cool

You've got no room in your garage with all them tyres remember, to start collecting surfs as well.

shhhhhh, dont let on to my mrs

i just sold 2 sets of tyres to clear some space!!!
what she doesnt know is ive bought another set of 31's and rims, but they can stay at reece's for a bit
my balls are fine where they are for now

They are only useless when you dont need them. which is usually the day after you throw out all the "junk" you never needed.
