I normally put the wires through where the air con pipes went, you can put the rubber boot over the loom and if your careful you can get the plug through the hole with out making it bigger. Most people put the ecu in the glove box.

mine was in a water proof box where the stereo was, but i will be putting the commie one behind the dash above the glove box, but if you have air con, there is a pump there so it will be a squeeze.

I agree in the glovebox, if you want to keep that area useful you can get it up under the dash on the drivers side but may need to extend the loom. Some people seal them up with RTV and they don't seem to have temp issues but I have not seen the need to do that to one (dash under water and you driving?).
Good Luck, I hate wires and solder.

Also has anyone got any pics on what they have done with the radiator got one off hosehustler a while back frm what i can see ive gota get a cap put on and the inlet and outlets swaped then ill probly use those flexy universal radiator hoses im guna be running an aluminium shrouded 14inch electric fan on the front.
