Just off the top of my head:

Fuel Pump, plus as much fuel hose as you can grab to make sure you have enought odds 'n' sods of sizes of hose - the inlet to the fuel pump is huge. Also cut the wiring for the fuel pump after the plug, makes removal later easier if you need to

AFM and loom

ECU and loom

engine mounts

radiator

AirCon fan (its a pusher, and you'll need it because there is no room for a conventional one)

starter motor

clutch slave cyl (just in case)

exhaust headers and as much of the rest of it as you can

Think thats all... grab all the radiator hoses and pipework you can as well, just to be safe.

Did you get a bellhousing? You'll need a flywheel and clutch as well - although I have a 3Y one which would be able to be used if neccessary

you are not gonna know yourself , that is the best bang for your buck , ... and simple . go to http://www.4wd.net.nz and read mike's article on that conversion . When I did my one , he was the best help . The story on his site is exelent it goes over everything even has the wiring map to follow (and in simple terms)
grab the air coditioning pump/compressor , they are a good one to convert for on board air systems.

'good times' ahead , you'll love it :D
