2.6 Efi Mu engine

Hi all,

Does anyone have any stories to tell - good or bad - about the 2.6 petrol motor fitted to the Mu?

I have read lots about the 2.8d the 3.1d and the V6 but nothing about the 2.6.

Are they weak as? Overheating? Or relaible old donks?

i had a 2.6 carby petrol engine in my izusu crew cab ute. LPG & petrol, went well, had no problems, very heavy on petrol. saying this i only had it for a few months. now i have a 3.1 mu manual, and i have had a 2.8 auto mu.
