Post up a pic of what the fuse box has written on it. Depending on which Japanese writing language it has on it, I may be able to translate it, I did Japanese at school

Ok... now for the really dumb post.
Why can't you go to a wrecker and get a lid from the locally sold version?
I realise that there might be some extra fuses (heated seats maybe) that where not used in the NZ version but wouldn't it be a starting point?
Or is this some odd ball that was ever sold new in NZ?

This is katakana, so its English words put into japanese, this is where they just use their sylibals to make english words
eg, first one says 'ria heeta' = rear heater
Starting at the top left,
10 A Rear Heater (maybe the rear window heater?) , 15 A Door Rotor?, 20 A (Dyoaru) Aircon
15 A Acc Socket, 10 A 4WD, Blank
Blank, 10 A Power Window, 10 A Heater Relay
25 A Heater, 15 A Wiper, 10 A Radio
15 A says Stop (not sure what this would be), 10 A Horn, next one says '15 A Shigaa' I would assume this is the cigarette lighter
15 A (Bakku Appu?) Back up?, 10 A Meter
10 A Clock, 10 A Fan
The 2 in the bottom right are Relays, ACC and Heater
