Just to let you know we have moved the S4W round of the Laurie Sanson to the 22nd of march, We realised it clashed with the Nor-West winch challenge awhile ago and have been negotiating its move.
It couldn't stay on the 15th as i want to be at both
hope to see you all there.

Thanks Steve, Yes we do need marshals for our round of the nationals on the 22nd of feb any one interested in helping is more than welcome

if im up and running by then which i should be i could come up and be recovery vehicle/marshal support lke i did a PIOPIO last year if needed, will confirm closer to the date

It is very easy to move dates around but clubs arrange events around pre posted dates, it is a hassle when dates are changed three months later but some times unavoidable, it may ease the pressure at one end but creates more at the other when other events have been organised, land access been approved and competitors notified, Please keep this in mind before changing any more of the event dates just to ease pressure, i am refering to organised club days not national rally days, cheers Mark

Why such a late start this year ? In past years the rounds have kicked off in Novemeber ish , with the delay this has just compressed everything into march , 3 events . Weather they admit it or not most family blokes would not get a leave pass for 3 out of 5 weekends in a month .

The flip side of this I imagine this is not the easiest thing to organize dates with all the clubs and apreciate the work poeple put in to get them up and running . But it just seems like we missed the boat this year .

Yes Bernie confirmed it at Tuesdays committee meeting

Will be interesting to see the turn out on the 5th April as I believe there is a Counties Club Round the same day..... That is what i have heard anyway....

Just checked and since the Laurie Sanson dates have been mooved Counties have had to shift their events,

Club Cup now 22nd March

19th April Counties/Thames Interclub Challenge

Hope i got it right
