will this engine fit my 72 fj40

hi everyone... i have bought a 2f engine and 4sd box and t/case to swap with my f engine and 3spd box for my 72 fj40... but... have been offered a 3f engine which i hear is better again ... question is will it drop into my fj without modding and will it fit a 4 spd box from a 2f??? any help appriciated

It looks as if there may be quite a few issues with the 3f, although maybe less problems if it's a carb engine - lots of plumbing issues if it's injected.
Regardless - there's more info & knowledge with this crowd than you could imagine...
