Hi Coxsy, no I don't have a spare 2F carb, in fact I don't even have a spare 3F one  . The old 2F and 3F do like a drink you know :o , in fact they are binges  . How far did you travel and how heavy was your foot. On one Trip I let my son drive the Toy and in a period of two hours he managed to half empty the tank that I can usually get a day out of  , mind you It was in the Forest with some real fast road sections  , and don't worry Dad was paying   .
You can get a rebuild kit for the carbs, so unless the throttle shaft is absolutely worn out It could be worth rebuilding, I re-kitted mine and have had no trouble since, except for ,

FOOT TO THE FLOOR,

FITZY.

MIght be talking out my ass here but does anyone know if the injection gear from a 3F-E can be fitted to a 2F? I know the 3F has a slightly shorter stroke but they are essentially the same engine.
