Sat 14th sun 15th march, fun event @ kumeu showgrounds. cash prizes, no entry fee. come and have some fun around the super stage track at the kumeu show, all club trucks welcome, got a sponsor you want to thank? bring them along for a spin and a grin . got truck sponsors that want to be seen? 40,000 people over the 2 days @ the show means they will be seen!! normal club trip rules apply ie: fire extinguisher, strop, first aid kit etc. helmets for all occupants and club membership required to drive, want more info? chis.build@xtra.co.nz

is this where they had the mud drags a few years back too?

no the mud drags were at manauku,this event is being held at the kumeu show in the norwest of auckland, there will be mud tho

You can bring your own truck and have a play or what?
Is it kinda like the Kumeu hotrod show just with 4wds?

it is part of the kumeu a and h societys show day, previously we have had a super stage set up there as part of the norwest winch challenge. this year the challenge is staying on the farm property we also use and the a n h society have asked for us to run club trucks there as an attraction. we will be digging a track including a mud bog for you to test your trucks on,
yes you can bring your club truck, trials truck etc as long as they are safe, you will be required to wear a helmet .
track will be open from 10 untill 3 sat and sun

sounds like a heap of fun, do we register with you? what time do we turn up? prob could twist the arm of four or five trials trucks from our club alone....... cheers

How long does it take to drive from the extreme park to kumeu??

I am wondering if we could squeeze a lap round the track on saturday morning as a warm up before the winch challenge starts

Hi Mate its only about 15mins to the show grounds ,the problem is it can take you up to 30mins to get in and out because of the traffic..Steve

entry is free and is through the paddock gate to the left of gate 6 off waitakere rd. if you wish to look over the show you will have to purchase tickets as the 4x4 event is seperate from the show. normal club trip requirments and a helmet is necessary.
