L/C & PRADO HUBS, ELECTRIC AND MANUAL OVERRIDE.

Post by oldblue »

Just been tinkering in the shed, and have successlly come up with a mod that can retain your electric hubs and give you a manual override. You also visually see if the motors are working. Great idea a.
Going to call this the MKII.

Pleased to hear that you have done this. I had thought it would be possible
Have you put seals around the capheads to keep the mud/water out?
cheers John

Yes, there is a lipped seal, pressed into the hub face, it would take a waterblaster to get any water inside the hub. If you look closely at my aviator you will see it. i have got an engineering background so everything is done spot on. NO short cuts.
