break bleadin prob

after bleeding brakes with motor off they are fine and hold pressure but when turn it on they lose it all and the pedal goes to floor. what is wrong

booster is buggered probably, your idle is probably high as well, pull the vacume hose off when its running and plug the pipe and see what happens
