would removing the thermostat make a safari run cooler?

if it running hot something could be wrong. diesels like steady temps

hmm runs hotter than it used to will be putting a temp gauge ontit soon to see how hot it is

Thought mine was running hotter when I my thermostat and water pump got done a year or so ago. Turns out it was just giving me the correct temp for a change
