I recently asked whether a pajero wheel is ok on an early 2.7 turbo diesel terrano d21... got me wondering can you put any wheel with a six stud pattern, particularly from other nissans and toyotas.

Re: terrano wheel interchangeability
The answer maybe yes or no.
There stud pattern is the same on them all but it may or may not it will fit over the calipers.
(as a reasonably simple rule you can fit beam axle rims onto beam axle vechiles and onto IFS vechiles,- but not normally IFS rims onto beam axles)

SHORT ANSWER IS NO
long answer is to go to a tyre shop and ask, or if you can, try before you buy, just to make sure the wheels you are intending to put on clear everything.
the problems with most interchangability is the offset.
some fit, some don't
pay particular attention to the back of the rim and the tie rod end, and then if it does fit, you wanna make sure you can go lock to lock, without it hitting inner guards and stuff like that, and then everything else as well.
best advice is what I said earlier.
TRY BEFORE YOU BUY
and make damn sure they fit in every aspect
