Wanted - Rover V8 parts

I need a starter, I hears SD1 starters are different to Range Rover ones? Anyone confirm?

Ideally an old V8 that is buggered but still has all the ancilleries such as alternator and PS pump.

Yep they are different. The difference is the sd1 solenoids hang down off the bottom and the RR ones are oriented to the side

I do have a stuffed motor here but I think shipping will be a major downfall plus I probably want way too much for one
