any one know what the wheel base of the short and long wheel vitara base is

Off Cars-directroy they list lwb as 2480 mm and swb 2200mm . I measured my cousins the other day and got 2210 so close enough

nice was thinking stretching the wheel base of a two door out to that of a 4 door

Why ? Up until a few days ago we could have sold you a stripped lwb chassis
. Put it fits on the trailer in two pieces better
