Anyone have a source in nz or imported them from overseas?

I know 4wd bits cannot get them but if anyone has had success please do share.

cheers all,

PM Robo.... he might be able to help, he should be able to import them as well if he can't get them locally.....

ps if you want them beadlocked at the same time Brian Howats is just round the corner from him so he can probably arrange to get these done at the same time....

Thanks, yeah for the 37's. 8)

I've got a set of 8's from 4wdbits as i simply could not find 10's but all data ive seen says ten is the correct size for these tires. Also worried as using the standard offsets these wheels have- going 10" wide gives me 1" of extra clearance between tyre and chassis rails.

got these:

get the rims flipped inside out, that should fix that issue, or 1'' wheel spacers?

Guess i'll see what happens :-) I've not even fitted tires to wheels yet. waiting on my valves to arrive.

Lots of work to go yet before they can be actually tested on the car though

Hows the bike riding going?

Dude that sucks about the leg. I remember you saying you had broken it- didn't realize it was while riding.

Why do you suggest 8" wheels over 10".. Keeps the bead on better? IMO it seems like a stronger/harder to damage solution (8" wide)

they got no problem widening them to any width you want, easiest way is to get some real cheap 16x7 steelies off trade me, get them widened to 16x10, have heard you cant get them certed though, wouldnt have stopped me though
