are the v6 and 2.7 deisel gearboxs compatible??

I think from memory no, could be wrong though, but you could check by going to a car yard with both and checking the VIN plate.

the bellhousing patterns are different.

And I have a V6 5 speed etc availa ble as well, but mine is up north.

the gearbox them selves are probably the same, check the tags on the right side wheel well if the transmission code is re4ro1a (i think) if so,do a quick measure on the bellhousing and see if they can be swapped over.

it was the case for my 2wd navara.

Rayn hi no they r not but theres no reason you couldnt make up an adaptor to get it to fit.

Ryan giday again i have here on disc the patterns if you want me to send you a copy of them let me know but they dont give mesurements for them but you would get the idea of how much they differ.
