70 Series Power Steering Box - which hole is inlet???

About to plumb up the power steering and didn't take notice of which pipe went where when we unplugged it.
Does it mater which hole the inlet runs into??

Cheers for that. Must admit took me a bit to get the pink and brown bit. Guess that is the problem being married, can't remember what they look like

OK took the truck for the first trip up the road tonight and scared the crap out of ourselves with the power of it. Guess V6 holden bit different to 1300 suzuki.
Anyway steering appears to be really heavey. Even appears lighter when engine not running.
We are using the standard holden power steering pump running into the 70 series power steering box.
We wonder if we have the pipes around the right way

Which end is the front?? Is it the end closer to where the steering column goes in or the one closer to the front of the truck which is the way the pitman arm points??

Inlet is Front ie at the Front of the vehicle

correct me if im wrong but the bigger hole is the inlet (threads the same but the holes inside are slightly different)

Colour coded pic for yaPink = InBrown = Out
closer to the front of the truck which is the way the pitman arm points??
If your pitman arms pointing forward it might be a prado or 60 series steering box, I guess the inlet and outlet would still be the same?

Cheers for the answers. Looks like we have the plumbing around the right way so can tick that bit off.
As a thought does the reservior have to be higher than the pump?? Guess it would be to ensure that it can be bled??

Res should be higher than the pump, you dont have a separate res do ya?
