safari brake disk

My truck is in te anau needing a new front brake disk, the problem is that i am in christchurch and apparently they come in two sizes, 294mm OD and 306mm OD. i am headin back down south this weekend and would like to take a disk with me. Does anyone know how i can tell which size i need? i have a 1990 swb GQ safari. any help would be appreciated. cheers

Don't know if this helps or not, but we have a 92 swb safari and it has the smaller size disk.

Hi The fuel injected petrol ones usually have the larger discs ,they come with twin pot callipers as well ,i have a kingsroad petrol which has them while my diesel one has the smaller discs..steve
