Offroad-Express

Ok my Prado has started making noises in the front end while in 2wd, it stops when the truck is in 4wd. It also gets hard to turn sometimes. Can anyone help me figure out whats going on. Could it be a stuffed CV or buggered hub as its got manual hubs on it.

yip i think you are on the right track. jack the whole front off the ground and spin the wheels with the hubs in and with the hubs out this test should be able to identify which is the offending broken bits
