Toyota Gearboxs

Hi All,

Have just purchased a Toyota 3.0L V6.

I think i have a W56 box maybe.

Will these two bolt up or am i screwed?

hello

i think you need one of the R series boxes, with a VZ bellhousing, unless you can get a VZ bellhousing thats made for the W series , you may need an adapter

I have an R series box with bell housing I think that I am pretty sure is off a V6. Got it as a spare for my Hilux Lexus but haven't used it.

Only owes me $250 so if you are interested let me know. Haven't had it apart or anything and it needs a new shifter socket which are easily available.
