hi, mate left me a morgan meat saw to help with my pigs,
the blade came off as soon as i heaved on the saw, not once 19 times said my son.!! ha.
should i have band blade tight , tighter or really tight, or is there more to the adjustment than meets the eye, have a fj so should be able to wing my way through most parts eh !!, cheers warwick

should be real firm, not super tight.
manually rotate the blade by hand and adjust it while your rotateing it untill blade sits and stays centre, if it keeps popping off when your certain that its staying centre then its too loose

i wonder if the blade is blunt, judging by the amount of maggots and gunge in it, its probably only done say 300 old ewes,
can they be sharpened or replaced??
