do your research, under cover investigations and then hand evidence to police. Don't warn the trader off as going in there belts and braces may have the wrong effect as to who ends up in court and on what charges.

you got a big winch bar on your truck?! go do some damage and and make sure you cover costs and abit extra to selabrate afterwards. chances are they wouldnt go to the cops as it would just draw attenion to them selves,.... but see how you get on with the police first lol (",)

Score !

the best advice for vigalanti justice is wait a couple weeks/months so it cant be traced back to you, unless you want your stuff....

See what the cops do, then plan B ...

yeah he did, it was his farken neighbours!!! or a couple of doors down or something. I remember hearing years ago that most robberies are committed by neighbors

Fark busting my neighbors in the middle of robbing my place, they are surgeons, most likely come out missing a kidney

I've heard someone suggest this before... Call the cops, tell them you've found the guys who stole your car, tell them the address and that you are going there now to SHOOT them, the cops WILL show up

i hope someone is watching that warehouse overnight to make sure things arent shipped out. would be worth throwing a sick day tomorrow just to make sure things are there when the police come for a look.

Buying bits then listing them on trademe straight away, and doesn't know they're stolen....come on!

Find out where he lives and borrow a kneecap so he stays away from everyone elses stuff to.

Seems Skylines are a target anywhere, young kid (16) tried to get my R31s3/4 TI but, the dog heard him and he was dealt with, then I called the cops and had him charged as a trespasser. An easy inexpensive way to help stop the scum is to fit a kill switch just after the fuel filter so that, the only fuel is what is in the small piece of line, they may move the car but it wont go far.

Doing that wakes the dog too.... Most people don't like 45KG's of dog running towards them ;-)

Some b***rds stole all the tools out of my truck a few weeks back, they tried to steal the truck but the battery was flat....

Got to be the first time I've heard of a flat battery being a good thing

Manual kill switch is the way to go. Have to make sure you hide that to though. Also locks that only open with a key (seperate from factory pop lock) are great. Not very practical in a 5 door though.

If Ireland's anything to go by we will see a lot more thefts as unemployment rises due to the recession so make sure the dog has that extra bit of reach on the leash.

We got a update yet ?

put a big switch on the dash that says engine start, and hook it up to a 2x4 with rusty nails that swings down, or pokes out the bottom of the seat or a nad masher from under the dash or something :P
