Cold it was. Saturday was just darned wet, after promising to be beautiful after waking to clear blue sky, when the rain came it came cooold. Sunday started the same way, clear crisp and nary a cloud in the sky... and started snowing at lunch time. Felt sorry for the folks in the cjs, and the 4 in the mahindra... my heater was AWESOME though!

Mate, you would have loved day two.... Tom didnt get my "Loose Unit" trophy for nothing. A couple of spots where the Cherokee wheel-base would have been a huge advantage over the rest of us, and im sure you woulnd have made sure it was well rubbed in too.

Next time I will be a bit more sorted with where all the tracks go. At the back of the hill where we met at the end of day one apparently has some shoulder deep holes.... imagine the rev limiter cutting in on the HO Chokee donk hitting the hole...... yyeeeeeeeeehhhhhaaaaaaaaa

Your not wrong. We managed to hold our own, yes we took some slightly more alternative routes, but got through the weekend. Did Pureora with the Jeep Club on Saturday then Thompsons Track Clean up on Monday with the Cozzie 4 Wheelers. I looked at the result last night Image not a bad effort. Clean up coming up in the weekend.

For a change the wife decided she would enjoy the weekend more staying inside the truck. Last night we worked out we didn't really take photos of anything! Ah well thems the breaks. Good weekend of 4 wheeling.
