Plastic on Crank handle is broken so needs a new wooden handle bit making, biggest issue at the moment is the fuel system and the airlocks caused by the diesel running out due to the leaky seals, Motor/Shed needs a clean as well as its covered/the floor is covered with diesel.

Do these things need a tune up and oil change as well?

We could only get it working on one cylinder at a time after bleeding the fuel about a million times. We traced it back to the two pumps and only one would work at a time, the front one initially then the rear one.

A pretty good guess for a start is the fuel filter need replacing as theres not much fuel coming through, the fuel is gravety fed to the filter and when we took the line off the output side there was less than a dribble of fuel feeding through.... a lot less than a dribble

I'm happy to go up there and give it and the shed a good waterblast.....Anyone got a generator thats big enough to power my electric waterblaster or is there a petrol waterblaster someone has that I can borrow?.

William has a 10L fuel tank that we can possibly use to replace that dodgy looking tin thingy, can we replace the metal line thats there with some rubber one? (Anyone got any sitting in a parts truck we can have?

so that leaves new seals????
filter
oil
diesel person with suitable advanced mechanical knowlledge?

perhaps if you can get a model number of it and get hold of a lister agent, they are listed on google, probably easier and whole lot quicker to see if a kit is availabe than stripping only to find out o-rings are not readily available. get a model number when you clean it.

if we can get a kit, i could go fit it unless there are diesel mechs here.....
