Ive got a 87 D/C i think its already had a guard chop theres so much room with 31's. After market guards i think. Ive got EFS 50mm shock absorbers and 50mm spring lift.

Will the shocks handel another 50mm lift? I know ill have to put extended bake hoses.

The plan is to have 35in mud tyres and standard road tyres for gettig around on.

thanks

Really you need to shift the front axle forward about 50mm as with a 50mm body lift my 33's would rub,
I have a 3in susp lift and 40mm body and I easy clear 37's but have moved the axle forward

And how to move the axel 50mm frwd?
And will my shocks have any trouble with the lift?

Im all new to this modifying stuff but my dads a+ mechanic so no troubles for him.

na the lift blocks are different to the shackles. the lift blocks go between the chassie and body. there will be 10-12 bolts that hold them together, you un-do these and jack the body up slightly and insert the spacers, you will need longer bolts aswell. most 4x4 places sell the blocks

If you lift the body there are a couple of thing to be mindful of.

1 Steering rod can pull out if you go too high

2 Radiator shroud will hit the fan
