they are fairly cheap to subscribe to out of the states, so I'm gonna get one for a year and see if it was worth it or not

that may be true, but I believe its a shite load cheaper ex states

its not yankee but dirtcomp from aus is quite good. it covers all aspects of offroading (rock crawling, winching, offroad racing etc)

Crawl magazine from yankeeland was supposed to be quite good but im not sure whats happened to them (theres a big thread on pirate about a former employee screwing them over, stealing money from the magazine account etc. I havnt read to the end so dont know the outcome)

JP Magazine out of states. You can actually subscribe to the digital variety for even less, but my paper based one is paid for a couple of years so its still going. I do have two Jeeps so its the most relevant for my needs.
