Can anyone tell me if a terrano body will fit onto a navara chassis that has eliptical springs on it

chassis code is the same but I would bet money that the rear mounts are different. The front and under cab area will be same but I doubt the tray mounts on a navara will be the same as a terrano rear.

So i could cut the terrano rear body mounts off and refit them to the Navara chassis
