Ok, just wondering - I had a conversation with a friend about re-mounting the exhaust like a tractor exhaust on my Hilux ...now i hated that idea.... But is there anything stopping me from say mounting the exhaust up the side support bar next to the windscreen? :twisted:

I guess i'd need to get it certified etc,

:?: IS it possible to do it? (legally and mechanically) :?:

I have a 1993 Toyota Hilux Surf SSR-X 2.4lt turbo Automatic.


...Dont know about you guys, but i think a Golden Chromed Straight Tube Exhaust would look smoking ! hah! 8)

really? thats just silly.

plus it could never be legal as the exhuast smoke can enter the cab,
has to be past the last opening window,
SASed Isuzu Mu - hilux diffs, Rears up front, disc brake conversion, ifs hub swap, crossover steering, and legal!!!!
