awesome!!!! Swamped will love it as he lives in TePahu.

Workmate has also said there is a pretty sweet 4x4 area off the Boulevard in hamilton 8) Apparantly it used to be pretty tame but he thinks some fairly serious stuff has been through there ripping it up recently.
phone Ross Bolus (secretary of the BOP club) He'll save you.

Hahahah, its not that kinda park.

Its a really kool place, was out there a few months ago with the club exploreing tracks, talk about greasy steep clay hill climbs!!!!!

Its not like woodhill etc , where you pay your money and go for a skid, its guided trips only.

I think the basic idea (don't hold me to it though, its just what i remember from a conversation a couple of months ago and the concept was still being developed) is that you get in touch with Mike from 4x4 Parts and Repairs and either book yourself on one of his run's, or get a group of your mates together and he will do you a deal depending on how many in your group. He will taylor the run to suit vehicle capabilities, so there will be shiny trips one weekend, and then a harder run the next, or when there is a group etc etc

As its a working farm, can't really risk people heading out there by them selves.

I'm sure Mike aka "Bonecrusher" will be on here soon enough to put us all straight :D

If its the property with most of the track on it i already have access whenever aye. All good though, people better not fcuk it up for everyone. ie no unnececessary damage to farmable fields or tracks. Its pretty bad this time of year even just idling around everywhere. The tracks seem to be limestone based with clay top aye...a few of the tracks are real hairy when wet as they are real off camber. I would just stay away with groups during the winter due to the damage that can occur.
I live beside the karakariki track....I'm unsure if that property has sold or not...anyone have any info on that??

Also so do people pay mike?? Is the money going to track maintenance for the owner?? Whats the liability for the landowner as I've signed a waiver for basic damages but that doesn't mean jack if a person is injured?? Its even worse if people are paying for tours isn't it??

Jeeeeesus, can you read?????

You have totally missed the point.

I would explain to you how you have missed the point, but you still might not get it.

Go and read the thread properly, don't just skim read it, READ IT :D :D

Once you have done that, come back and apologise

OK I'll apologise just for you lil dieselboi, as i didn't see the farm size was only 240ha and not 2500ha which is the neighbours place i go on (kinda easy to miss when i'm quickly reading the thread at work). I thought guided trips were being made on that property even though i was sure the manager i know wouldn't allow it. Its okay, i realised it after wop pointed it out. Don't get in a huff bout it.
