Hi, im putting a prado intercooler onto my 1kz and am after a bonnet scoop but not sure what to get. have seen a few pic's of a gu patrol scoop which look's good just hard to find. wondering what people are using? pic's would be good

Get one off a 2.8 intercooled Big horn . Fits and works real good

Did you get the rubber seals with prado intercooler becuase makes sure all the air goes through the intercooler

iv got a wrx scoop sitting here for when i do mine its a bit wide tho, looks nice tho

was thinking of wrx but not deep enough and as you said too wide.

am also trying to get my hands on a bonnet from a 99ish hilux with the scoop in it to cut out and fabricate into mine. don't have the rubber seals but can get some good foam strip from work which will work nicely.

It fits almost any bonnet

found this site today with heaps of scoops of different styles and look to be good quality.
they aren't the cheapest but they make them to bolt flat to bonnet.

also decide to go with wrx as i found this 99 wrx sti scoop which is deeper than all execpt the version 8 scoop.

scoop all fitted and colour matched.

does anyone know if a bonnet of a kzn185 with a bonnet scoop will fit directly onto a kzn130? im not sure on how to put a scoop on so i was considering swapping bonnets entirely thats if they will fit.

i fitted the bonnet scoop off a sheep shagger on my old 130 real easy to fit



and the 185 bonnet wont fit a 130
