Setting up ORE photo album

Have read photo posting instructions, removed pop up blocking, but cant get to first base as no left hand menu on my page, therefore no community, no 'photo album' etc.
Any help apprecaiated.
Just noted that where I think left side menu should be is a red bordered box titled adds by google with some links in it, is this normal?

there used to be ORE albums

but they aint been around for some time now

you just have to load them on photobucket, making sure they are 640x480 and then copy IMG tab and post in a thread

and don't ask bout the ORE albums coz we been hassling mike for years now and still no joy

The mystery is solved, now I got to apoligise to google ad and laptop for swearing at it last night

13hrs straight on them today!!!!! Fark they look magic. why aint i working? same reason as i'm not doing the taupo, no work but fark me you all get some wicked albums! oh and thats nothing to do wth the timer, a clue perhaps -
