750cc injected Yamaha bike - suitable for go kart swap

Post by turoa »

I have a 750cc injected Yamaha bike forsale (80's bike I think). Its been in an accident and all the panels and seat were damaged and so they were thrown away. It still runs awesomely and is rediculously fast. Its still rideable. The frame doesn't appear to be bent and the wheels and tyres are still good.

The rear axle is shaft driven so it would make a perfect donor for a go kart. It pumps out around 90hp or something rediculous.

I was going to use it to build an offroad go kart, but it looks like I will never have the time or money to do it so out it goes. Its missing a few exterior parts but it has everything there to run and its rideable.

Im asking $300 ono. Pm me for more info

I wonder what the grass kart rules are and if this engine could be used in the open class. Fuel injected ay? That would be insane on the grass.
