new to it

Post by bigc »

Hi all I'm new to 4wd I tried to use my explorer to no avail they don't have lsd's
So i picked up a cheap swb 92 pajero 2.5td.
The mods I'm planning are 1 lwb rear springs and front ball joint flip then torsion bar tweak 2body lift 50mm 3snorkle 4put a winch onit. Take the emmision and other restricting cr@$ off it. look to see if I can swap the alternator and p/s pump to get it higher(has anybody had success at this)All this when moneys there of coarse. I have taken it up to the hutt and down on the Mack and to be honest I've been impressed with the way it gets around(considering I've never really rated the pajero with there motors etc) she ain't no rocket but I;ve had it upto the axels and she pulled out nicely. I would like to go out with others to see what it will do (nothing to hard) as I seem to get into trouble by myself and the cook don't like getting wet
Only juice and milk come in two liters.
Every day above ground is a good day
