hi all im only getting around 240 km per tank i have a 1988 surf on 33 muds is this around what you should get if not can any one help with suggestions to help me

hey mate,not sure if ill be much help but ive got a 2l 3ye surf on 35s and i get similar kms,and my motor is quite a bit more gutless than yours,i am running 4.88s,id be thinking you should expect a lilte more than what your gettting ae,maybe 300-350kms?could be completly wrong tho,someone will correct me if i am

I can get 400per tank with my 7m with 35's and 4.88's

The old surf only had about a 60litre tank and i'd only get about 50 litres to the 240km mark.
How many litres to 400km Haynzy

My roadie Surf gets about 400kms per tank from a 7mge, and about 240 when towing the Jalopy. Std Surf tank, 60L I guess

bout 60 i guess, did a trip to rallywoods in it when i was runnin 33's and it used less gas than a 2.8l diesel pajero and at least i could pass when I needed to
like anything though if I put my foot down and drive it hard petrol consumption would go out the window.
As it sits now it has been from palmy to taihape and back, 2 days 4wding and an unknown amount of k's when it got stolen on friday and it still had about 10 litres in it
