saggy old leafs rule, they are way better off road than any reset or new springs on the market.just slap some new shocks in it and leave the saggy springs how they are  ... new shocks probably about $150 - $200 a pair depending on what you get, check the site shop, some good gear on there for bloody good prices

If you already know everything, DON'T ask bloody questions!!

getting springs reset is not the best idea... they tend to flatten quite quickly again. Presumably the shocks are leaking? Thats about the only thing a WOF shop will pull you up on for shocks. If so then yes the shocks need replacing.

If you want to return the truck to factory height, or add a slight lift then buy new springs rather than the add-a-leafs or resets as you'll be much happier in 12 months time.

Shocks are generally a get-what-you-pay-for item... stick to known brands or make sure you know what you're getting or you get a good warranty with them.

if you want to get clever i can sell/ fit a set of reasonable condition springs, they are some sort of aftermarket 50 mm lift ones.
dont know the brand off hand , i can can have a look in the light sometime if you are interested. (assuming i could find some marking on them at all)
they came off a mwb that i stripped for the gearbox etc i neeeded..

for my opinion on the shocks etc, i would go the extra mile and do the bushes in the springs at the same time,
if the springs are that sad, the bushes wont be great (unless they have changed before), that will make quite a difference to how well she travels at road speed,

let me know if you are interested,
